Stuart is a Director of Finalta and is based in Singapore. He is responsible for managing client relationships with a number of leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Finalta, he was with Standard Chartered Bank for nine years in multiple consumer banking roles. After stints in Strategy and Business Planning, he was appointed as Head of Mortgages in Singapore, before becoming Head of Marketing for Singapore and Southeast Asia, covering marketing communications, cross-sell and pricing management, business analytics, and credit card alliances. He was later in charge of the bank's Personal & Preferred Banking segments in the region and was then appointed as Group Head of Emerging Affluent. Before joining Standard Chartered Bank, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Amsterdam office.
Stuart holds an MSc Industrial Engineering from the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and an MBA from the University of Oxford, the United Kingdom.
Andreea is an Associate Director of Finalta, based in the Singapore office. She is responsible for managing relationships with a number of leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific and for expanding the client base across the region.
Prior to joining the Singapore team, Andreea was based in Finalta’s London office for 5 years. During her time there, she managed a wide range of studies across Europe, with particular focus on central & eastern Europe, Austria, and UK & Ireland. Andreea’s expertise is in digital & multichannel banking, customer experience, branch sales effectiveness, and customer segment management.
Before joining Finalta, Andreea was the Product Manager of the largest incoming tour operator in Romania.
Andreea holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor in Economics and Business Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
Litan is an Associate Director at Finalta, based in the Singapore office. He is responsible for managing client relationships, client development and delivering benchmarks in Greater China markets. He has extensive experience across banking segments and functions, with a strong focus on branch and digital banking.
Prior to joining Finalta, Litan was a Director at IHS Markit where he spent 9 years to set up, manage, and develop equities business in APAC, providing financial services to global leading investment banks, asset managers and other institutions.
Litan holds an Master of Financial Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from National University of Singapore. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Sergey is an Associate Director in Finalta’s London office and leads our Impact Partnership initiatives. He works with clients across the globe to leverage our insights, expertise and analytics to inspire change and improve performance.
Sergey joined Finalta after completing his master degree and spent the first 4 years serving clients across Europe and Russia on a wide range of topics such as retail banking Growth, Digital and Distribution. He was instrumental to launching our big data Corporate Banking asset before moving to establish and scale our Impact Partnership team.
Sergey holds a Bachelor’s with Honours degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics & Econometrics with Merit from the University of Manchester.
Arun is an Associate Director in Finalta’s Dubai office. He is responsible for the growth of our Middle East franchise, managing relationships with leading financial institutions and developing our benchmarking solutions.
Arun joined Finalta after completing his master’s degree, and spent the first 4 years serving Middle Eastern clients from our London office. In 2019, Arun relocated to Dubai to open our first Middle Eastern office and has been instrumental to our team and business growth in the region.
Arun serves his clients across a range of benchmarking topics, and has deep expertise across banking segments and functions, with a strong focus in retail banking and digital strategy.
Arun holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from University of London, and a Masters in Banking & International Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).
