Trupti Guzraty


Trupti is a Director of Finalta and is responsible for managing and growing relationships across a number of leading North American financial institutions clients.

Prior to joining Finalta, Trupti was a senior strategy consultant with Monitor Deloitte where she advised senior executives within financial services on their strategic and complex enterprise cross-functional issues. Prior to that, Trupti was a strategy consultant with A. T. Kearney where she managed several large global engagements for clients within banking, insurance, and wealth management. Trupti's expertise is in corporate and business unit strategy, customer experience and growth strategy, operating model design, multichannel distribution strategy, and operations efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to consulting, Trupti held senior positions with the Bank of Nova Scotia and the Bank of New York where she managed the trade finance and correspondent banking portfolios respectively and was responsible for business development, client relationship and account management, deal structuring, pricing, and transaction negotiations.

Trupti holds an MBA in Strategy from The Richard Ivey School of Business, Canada, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from India, and a First Class BCom with Honours from Calcutta University, India.

Daniel Thal

Associate Director

Daniel is an Associate Director of Finalta and is responsible for leading and growing client relationships with several leading regional financial institutions in North America.

Daniel has extensive experience in the banking sector as both a consultant with PwC and a commercial banker at Comerica Bank. At PwC, he led engagements for clients in both commercial and consumer banking, focusing on key strategic and operational challenges. Prior to that, Daniel led client banking relationships at Comerica Bank across Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate, and Private Banking.

Daniel also brings strategic and analytical experience outside of the banking sector. Prior to joining Finalta, he led an insights team at Walgreens focused on retail pricing and promotional initiatives. Daniel has also led consulting engagements for industrial product manufacturers and distributors, focused on creating profitable growth strategies.

Daniel holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance and a BBA in Accounting from the Ross School of Business.

Graeme Moore

Associate Director

Graeme is an Associate Director of Finalta and is responsible for building client relationships with many of the leading financial institutions in Canada.

Graeme joined Finalta in the UK before moving to the US as a founding member of the Chicago office, where he has been instrumental in building the team and developing new benchmarks. He has 7 years of experience in benchmarking across various banking segments and functions, with particular expertise in digital banking having served many of the world’s leading financial institutions across the UK, Western Europe, and North America

Graeme holds an BSc in Management Science from Loughborough University in the UK.

Steve Sherman

Associate Director

Steve is an Associate Director of Finalta and is responsible for building client relationships with many of the leading national and regional financial institutions in North America.

Steve has extensive experience in the banking industry, with particular depth in commercial and retail banking. He held a number of positions at LaSalle Bank (part of ABN AMRO Bank), first as a commercial banking relationship manager, and eventually managing a variety of strategic projects within the Office of the President. After LaSalle Bank, he created the concept for and led the launch of a de novo community bank brand in Chicago, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and then President & CEO, with responsibility over consumer, mortgage, and commercial banking, as well as regulatory compliance, operations, and strategy development. In addition to his banking experience, Steve was a consultant at The Cambridge Group and more recently at North Highland, supporting clients with growth strategy, change management, and performance improvement initiatives.

Steve holds an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Music and Economics from Stanford University.
